Iran comments on OPEC - some members have taken a hostile path with out country

Iran's oil minister with a few remarks that might liven up what has seems a pre-ordained result from today and tomorrow's OPEC meeting in Vienna.

• cooperation with non-OPEC countries is meaningless if there is lack of unity among OPEC members
• some OPEC member countries have adopted path of hostility with our nation

I could be mistaken but I think Iran is not attending the meeting?
