Comment from Iran's UN mission spokesman
This is a strange turn of events. Pompeo earlier indicated they were on the table.
That said, the UN mission spokesman isn't exactly the top dog. Still, this is crystal clear:
Missiles "are absolutely and under no condition negotiable with anyone or any country, period."
