Italy government wins key vote on budget in the lower house

The Italian government hasn't won a key vote on the budget in the lower house.

Earlier today, the Italian ruling coalition said that they look to send a revised budget to the European Union on Wednesday. That is on the eve of next week's summit of European Union leaders in Brussels.
