Some strong moves in European bonds. No doubt some of that is tracking the US but there's also been some additional analysis of the ECB minutes. BNP's economist Richard Barwell picked up on the fact that the ECB say that they might relax some of the rules on bond buying. The ECB said that "limited and temporary deviations from the capital key were possible and inevitable" so that QE could go ahead smoothly. Barwell says;
"Mention of the capital-key flexibility is like a red rag to a peripheral bond bull"
