Re-elected Italian president Giorgio Napolitano reads the riot act to politicians
Italy’s 87 year old president has wasted no time in setting his stall out at his inauguration. He bitterly attacked politicians, threatening to resign if they further fail to meet their responsibilities on reforms.
He says he reluctantly accepted the role once again after seeing “dramatic alarm” in the current political deadlock.
Sounds like one p’d off old man who is definitely looking to kick some butt.
