Italy's Salvini: Italy to vote "No" to EU budget if has investment cuts

The battle continues between EU and Italy

Italy's Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini is on the wires saying:

• Italy to vote "No" to EU budget if it has investment cuts
• government to impose new taxes in next EU budget

The EU commission rejected the Italian budget yesterday and said it would need to be resubmitted in 3 weeks. The Italian's said there is no Plan B.
