Japan, China & Sth. Korea – potential free trade talks

There’s an East Asian leaders conference in Cambodia starting Sunday. There are some expectations that trade ministers from Japan, China and South Korea may sound out each other over a free-trade agreement (this is at a very early-stage, negotiations have not yet begun). This is despite the current tensions between Japanese and Chinese leadership.
