JAPAN DATA: China sold a net 127.3 billion yen ($1.53 billion) in
Japanese short-term bills in November after purchasing a net 231.9
billion in October, marking the first net sales in two months, data
released today by Japan’s Ministry of Finance showed. China, meantime,
bought a net Y46.0 billion worth of Japanese bonds following net buying
of Y30.6 billion in the previous month, the second straight month of net
buying, the MOF data showed.
