TOKYO (MNI) – The ratio of job offers to job seekers at government
placement offices stood at a seasonally adjusted 0.82 in June, up from
0.81 in May, meaning there were 82 job offers for every 100 people
looking for work, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare said
Tuesday.
The latest figure remains the highest since 0.83 seen in September
2008.
