Japan, South Korea officials to hold bilateral trade talks this week

Via Japanese reports (Yomiuri), talks to address Japanese export restrictions on South Korea.

• The background to this is that last week Japan announced limits on high-tech exports of materials used in smartphone displays and chips to South Korea
