Kushner has lost security clearance for the daily briefing
Jared Kushner can no longer attend the Presidential daily briefing, according to multiple reports.
He had interim security clearance but the media and others raised questions about his answers on security questionnaires and his failures to disclose affiliations and income.
"All White House aides working on the highest-level interim clearances - at the Top Secret/SCI-level - were informed in a memo sent Friday that their clearances would be downgraded to the Secret level, according to three people with knowledge of the situation," Politico reports.
The big question at the White House in the months ahead is if Mueller will file charges against Kusher, who is the President's son-in-law.
Trump on Friday said he was leaving the decisions on security clearance to chief of staff Kelly.
"I will let General Kelly make that decision," Trump told reporters. "I have no doubt he'll make the right decision."
The daily brief is the most-sensitive security information the President receives.
