The expectations were very low and I'm not surprised to see it come in higher. This was the first sector that collapsed after the vote and given the doom and gloom surrounding all data points, only losing another tick on last month is almost good news.

The reality is that the index is down to the lowest since June 2009 but housing activity jumped from last month.
