It remains to be seen if EU27 leaders can agree on a written approval process for the Brexit extension in the coming two days. If they can't, then the only way to get this across the finish line to the next leg is to convene in yet another summit again next week.

But just remember, all it takes is for one member state to not agree and we could start to see some real ruckus break out. Given the way the pound is positioned currently, markets clearly aren't prepared for that scenario either.
