Kudlow is making the rounds and speaks to the dairy issue on Fox news.
He also adds:
- Studying social media companies but does not know if it could lead to more regulation or other action.
He did speak on CNBC earlier and was "responsible(?)" for a Kudlow bump.
The Nasdaq is now up 25 points or 0.32%
The S&P is unchanged
The Dow is still down -44 points.
