Conor Lamb now leads by 847 votes with 99% of the votes in
It's a battle to the finish line, and Lamb leads 49.9% to 49.5% against Saccone based on latest count. But there's still 3,200 absentee ballots left to be counted, and though we're not hearing any official word yet there is word going around saying that at least 1/3 of those ballots would not be counted until the next morning.
But the Dems are already quite certain that Lamb will come out on top as we approach the finish line it seems. The DCCC is already claiming victory and said "these results should terrify Republicans":
