Libya wants in on the deal once they've sorted their domestic problems out
- Will support any arrangement to help stop the decline in prices
- Libya would like to produce its share of OPEC output when conditions in the country improve
Although the main and larger OPEC members will call the tune on any freeze deal, there may have to be some conditions in place for countries like Libya who face domestic problems. Lots of bells and whistles to come in any deal.
