Comments from Lithuania PM Grybauskaite:
- Probably only and extension to May or a long extension are possible with UK participating in EU elections
- Expect to agree to extension, probably to May
- Not sure we will be able to avoid a no-deal Brexit
- No point in EU giving anything when UK doesn't know what it wants
Grybauskaite is one of the people who have floated the idea of blocking an extension but she sounds like she's on board here, at least for a couple months.
