If the Troika rejects the bulk of the Greek proposal then it will be easy for Tsipras to push for a Grexit. It would be clear they just don't want Greece but I find that hard to believe.

In any case, Lithuania's president says the proposal is a sign that Greece wishes to go back to the negotiating table but it's too early to start guessing how the negotiations will end.

So the question is: How much more is Tsipras willing to give?

MarketWatch has a handing timeline of what's coming up in Greek negotiations. (h/t @Uozob)
