Looks like it's going to be a showdown between the NY and Atlanta Fed with some diverging GDP forecasts

Q1 GDP is due on Friday

The New York Fed is out with its final Nowcast GDP estimate ahead of Q1 advance GDP on Friday. The estimate ticked up to 2.91% from 2.79% a week ago.

That's far higher than the Atlanta Fed, which pegged its tracking estimate at 2.0% yesterday. The consensus of economists is 2.0% right now but the range is from 1.3% to 2.8%.
