The charges come down
A statement from Robert Mueller's special council said Manafort and Gates have been charged with 12 counts including conspiracy against the United States and conspiracy to launder money. They're also charged as being unregistered agents of a foreign principal, making false and misleading statements and 7 counts of failure to file reports of foreign bank and financial statements.
Earlier today they were told to surrender.
