As mentioned earlier, May will be delivering a speech in Grimsby aimed at the European Union some time after midday. Her speech will likely be a final plea to European leaders to offer her the concessions she need in order to avoid a second defeat in the meaningful vote next week. May has already opted not to send Cox and Barclay to Brussels again as it likely would not bear any fruit considering the position of the European Union.
