Moody’s sees 70% chance auto makers in pre-packaged bankruptcy

Odds are the Big Three enter a pre-packaged bankruptcy with government backing, says Moody’s. There is a 25% cahnce of a government bailout with no bankruptcy and a 5% chance of a bankruptcy with no bailout, they say.
