Laura Kuenssberg from the BBC is now saying that out of the meeting with Chief Whip, IDS says there will be statement in Strasbourg at 9pm.
They add that they are 'reaching a point' where there might be agreement and will 'keep an open mind' about whether Brexiteers can support it.
