More from the US on EU plan for Iran trade - Bolton not a happy chap

ICYMI yesterday, the EU is planning to trade with Iran, fuggedaboud the sanctions:

• EU will set up a legal entity to facilitate transactions with Iran - continue trade

Pompeo has come out against the plan (not surprisingly)

• Pompeo not a fan of EU plan for Iran trade

Now Bolton joining in the protest

• Says enforcement of our sanctions on Iran will be aggressive and unwavering
• Swift should follow example of businesses reexamining their dealings with Iran
• Says of EU plan for Iran payments channel, the EU is strong on rhetoric and weak on follow through so it is no surprise there are no details, fixed dates
• Says we do not intend our sanctions to be undermined by Europe or anybody else
