Morgan Stanley cuts its Fed rate hike forecast for 2019, now expecting only one

Morgan Stanley were forecasting Federal Reserve rate hikes in both June and December

• Now expecting a December 2019 hike only
• expects the Fed will then stay on hold until inflation accelerates by the middle of 2020
• then hike in June, September and December of 2020
