Yesterday I was amazed when I saw the new Bond movie, Skyfall, had taken half a billion dollars at the box office. Wow.
Well, don’t want to turn ForexLive into Rotten Tomatoes, so this will be the last I mention movies for a while. But its of interest to traders:
Its called Money for Nothing: Inside the Federal Reserve, and it says it is:
an independent, non-partisan documentary film that examines America’s central bank from the inside out – in a critical yet balanced way.
Hmm, we’ll see.
The movie hasn’t been completed yet, apparently. They are still raising money to do so. Sounds a bit strange …, but anyway – Here’s the trailer on YouTube.
The trailer features snippets of interviews with some very heavy hitters: Lacker, Blinder, Plosser, Volcker, Rivlin, Hoenig …
Probably not a movie to take your significant other along to see :-), but could be interesting nonetheless.
