Asian markets stay mixed on coronavirus concerns
The fact that Chinese markets are also closed isn't helping to give much direction on the day as the new coronavirus fears are offsetting tech earnings hopes - with big names in Wall Street set to report next week.
As a result, we're seeing the Nikkei close little changed with the Hang Seng also just up by 0.1% currently amid the more tepid/cautious mood.
Bonds are also little changed but US 10-year yields are slightly off two-week lows around 1.74%, with US futures also near flat levels on the day currently.
USD/JPY is keeping around 109.53 now, still stuck around 109.50-60 as seen since trading yesterday - after recovering from a bit of a drop alongside US stocks.
