With Asia looking towards the US tonight for clues, the Nikkei is trading pretty much flat, down just 6 points at the moment. Selling interest in Tech stocks and Retailers have weighed on the Nikkei but market losses are seen limited with Exporters gaining. Even the Nikkei Daily’s news report that Toyota may face a $7 bio loss has not stirred concerns.
All eyes this week will turn to the earning reports of Golman Sachs on Tuesday, JP Morgan on Thursday and Citigroup on Thursday.
