Three members of the G7 have recounted the conference call which took place this morning. Two, the US and Canada, say that the discussion focused on progress toward fiscal union in Europe.
One, Japan, said that the G7 supported Japan’s currency stance.
So far, the others are strangely silent on the subject…Perhaps something was lost in translation.
