North Korea's main newspaper has called today for development of new weapons

North Korea's Rodong Sinmun has celebrated a milestone event for the country by calling for development of new weapons to bolster national security.

To mark the 28th anniversary of (late former leader) Kim Jong-Il inauguration as the commander of North's Korean People's Army.
