Chinese whispers at work it seems
The guys at @IOTAFmarkets have highlighted that the DB $5.4bn fine number may have come from an earlier JPM report that estimated that the fine could be around that number.
It's still all unconfirmed but if that is the case, we may well see this rally reverse as quick as it started.
