Reuters is reporting that US State department is not aware of the imminent release of Pastor Brunson. Dow Jones meanwhile is saying Turkish officials expect his release on Friday.

Honestly I am not all that surprised given the ups and downs in the market today as well as the news flows which have been somewhat ambiguous too (out of Pres. and WH's Kudlow especially).
