NZD/USD has fallen from .8110 to .8070 on rumours of a NZ downgrade. I don’t have any more details at the moment.
Edit: The talk is that all of New Zealand’s major banks will be downgraded. This is not a surprise as they are all owned by Australian banks who were in turn downgraded recently. It’s to be expected that the NZ banks get downgraded by one notch.
