New Zealand Institute of Economic Research (NZIER) survey shows lower forecasts for New Zealand growth:
- 2015/16 growth forecasts now at 2.9%
- Was at 3% in their previous quarterly survey
- Expect growth of 3.3% in 2014/15
- Expect 2.8% in 2016/17
Inflation forecasts:
- 0.5% for 2014/15 (prior 1.2%)
- 1.6% for 2015-16 (prior was 2.1%)
