Obama does not think North Korea can put nukes on a ballistic missile

US President Obama spoke in an interview with NBC:

• Based on current intelligence assessments, he does not think North Korea has the capacity to put a nuclear weapon on a ballistic missile
• Expects more provocative measures from North Korea over the next several weeks
• Hopes North Korea can move to a new phase where it works with diplomacy to address some of its issues
