He has been filibustering, basically, but he continues to resist extending all the Bush tax cuts.
He did not rule out making changes to his economic team, saying he has not made an personnel decisions…He says his team is doing a wonderful job.
UPDATE: The idea of a payroll tax holiday was raised. Obama danced around the question, saying he is open to ideas but did not indicate any willingness to do so.
UPDATE II: On China, he says the US will continue to insist that it is a two way street on trade and that they must allow faster CNY appreciation. He says the US will enforce trade laws much more aggressively than in the past.
