Leaked emails outline vast bribery and corruption

A huge story in the global oil industry is breaking after The Huffington Post and Fairfax media uncovered a trove of emails from a Monaco 'lobbying' company that's been hired by numerous companies to bribe their way into deals, largely in the oil sector.

Rolls-Royce and Petrofac from Britain; US companies FMC Technologies, Cameron and Weatherford; Italian giants Eni and Saipem; German companies MAN Turbo (now know as MAN Diesal & Turbo) and Siemens; Dutch firm SBM Offshore; and Indian giant Larsen & Toubro.

The reporters will continue to reveal details in the coming days but expect the fallout to last years in something they're calling "the world's biggest bribe scandal".
