Yesterday saw the third consecutive day of higher lows and highs for Brent Crude before it paused ahead of the 21-DMA. A close above the 21-DMA would add support to the bullish case for a retest of the 106.50 high from Apr 9 which remains key given that the contract was also supported at this level during late March.
A big day technically for WTI crude yesterday with the contract breaking and closing above the 21-DMA (92.19), 100-DMA (92.86) and the 200-DMA (91.96) with focus firmly topside and targeting an initial test of the Apr 4 highs.
