There's talk of a vote between now and Sunday

Paul Ryan will want to be sure he has the votes this time.

The risk is that moderates defeat it this time and that would weaken the moderates in the party, which seems like a mistake in the big picture.

At the same time, the House Freedom Caucus wants a vote because they've been blamed for the failure of the first vote.

What House GOP moderates worry about is constituents losing insurance by gutting Obamacare subsidies and Medicaid money. That's a vote loser and a seat loser in some places.

But if they're forced to defeat the repeal of Obamacare, they could get attacked from the Tea Party in primaries.

So the moderates are really in a squeeze.
