Mitch McConnell said something similar today. My base case is likely to be a package around $500B in the lame duck session, then something larger if Democrats take over in January.
Alternatively, if Republicans hold the White House/Senate, the package is likely to be over $1 trillion in the lame duck but with nothing more in January.
