This story from AP is hilarious:
At a meeting Thursday with Russia’s richest men in Moscow, Putin said businesses “ought to register on Russian territory and pay taxes in our motherland.”
Anyone who pays a cent of tax is Russia is a complete rube. The country is repeatedly pillaged by Putin and his oligarchs who have stolen everything of value to buy up real estate and art in London while sailing around in ridiculous yachts. One day the oil money will run out and Russia will collapse under the weight of the corruption.
