Putin spoke with Mohammed bin Salman at the G20
Russia and Saudi Arabia agreed to continued oil cuts and to extending the OPEC+ agreement. While saying he hasn't decided on the exact volumes of cuts, they will monitor the market and adjust policy.
The move makes it more likely that both countries will participate in cuts on December 6.
