I had a question in the comments (to this post) from Anwar that I want to seek input on:
In your 4-hour charts, what time does your new candles open?
Different brokers seem to have different times for the opening and closing of their 4-hour candles.
For example, on my chart, a new 4-hour candle opens @ 8.00 pm GMT (9pm BST).
Is there an Fx industry standard that you are aware of?
I’ve noticed the same thing across different brokers, charting platforms, etc.
Any ideas/thoughts/answers for Anwar please?
