Gordhan says he wasn't at home when they came knocking and will release a statement through his lawyers "in a short while" adding:
" At some point I will be handed a summons to appear in court 2 Nov"
It's taken a while to formally press charges in this case that I first reported in August
Meanwhile USDZAR has spiked to 14.3488 but still a long way off its early Sept highs of 14.7535
Currently retreating a little at 14.2453
