Russian delegates won't attend oil experts meeting Monday, but Novak positive on a deal

• A Russian oil industry source told Reuters the energy ministry officials will not attend the meeting of experts from OPEC and other oil-producing countries scheduled for Monday
• On Friday, Saudi Arabia said it won't be attending on Monday
