It's the OPEC meeting this week - yay! Production freeze, will they, won't they?

Everything seems to be pointing to a 'won't they' freeze outcome, but, says Novak:

  • "For us, in principle, it's non-critical, but we believe that the process of market rebalancing could be advanced. It's beneficial for all"

Sorta like when someone eats the last bit of cake and you say you didn't want it anyway, Yeah, Novak, we believe ya!
