Committee doesn't call for deeper cuts
There isn't much drama left in tomorrow's OPEC decision. At one point there was talk of deeper cuts but a strong consensus has formed around extending the current agreement for 9 months, until March 2018.
Is it all priced in now?
Normally you would say yes but oil is a strange market. Real money and hedgers won't front run a 'sure thing' until it's a done deal so I lean towards believing oil will rise on the headlines.
