Scottish turnout estimated at 70-80%
Scotland is expected to heavily lean towards the Remain side and the weather in the North has been beautiful today.
Reports suggest turnout there has been high at 70-80%. That compares to the roughly 68% that wonks are looking for overall. It could also suggest that the Remain side in general is getting out the vote.
GBP/USD is on a nice run up to 1.4887, up 80 pips in the past 30 minutes.
Better risk appetite and euro gains are part of the same move.
