SEB now expects Riksbank to raise its repo-rate next year

Their previous forecast was for a rate hike in December this year. Given yesterday's change in heart by the Riksbank, SEB now sees the central bank only moving some time in 2019 and most likely in the spring.

They cite that the Swedish inflation development looks gloomy ahead and that they see a "significant risk" that the central bank will be disappointed again by subdued inflationary pressures. And that means it will take longer for the central bank to feel comfortable about the prospects of a rate hike.
