Senate tax proposal removes state and local tax deductions

That's going to be a tough sell

A Senate aide cited by Reuters says the tax proposal coming from the Senate today repeals Federal deductions for both state and local income, property and sales taxes.

That's going to be a tough sell but it's a huge revenue generator for the deficit hawks.
